Tim Stevens of CREFCO has been doing Commercial Real Estate finance since 2001. He has worked with and for several CRE Industry giants, Greystone, Alliant (now Barings MF Capital), Johnson Capital (now Walker & Dulop) and SunTrust Bank.

Opened in June of 2015, CREFCO has been providing proven results for clients in many CRE asset classes. Tim's experience and knowledge in banking and commercial real estate has helped him to succeed. His current and prospective clients in the Southeast and Nationwide know that he has their best interests in mind and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients over the past few years, earning their trust and repeat business, time and again.

Tim received his Bachelor Degree from Iowa State University™ and completed an MBA at Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina. He is a former college athlete, loves golf, is a Gamecocks Club member and recently became an Iowa Hawkeyes football fan, and father of four children. Tim currently lives in South Carolina.
